Learnership Management

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

Through smart partnerships, Crosslink Academy provides hands-on solutions to help solve day to day training challenges by developing human capital, all with the help and guidance of our multifaceted partners.
Our skills development division comprises of a range of industry professionals with strong backgrounds and expertise in Skills Development and B-BBEE legislation and compliance and Learnership Management.
Crosslink Academy brings solutions to ensure our clientele achieve their Employment Equity and B-BBEE targets through the correct implementation and management of legislative requirements for skills development.

Workplace Skills Plans |

Our team of experts will assist you to develop, implement and manage your Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports and submit them to the relevant SETA before the annual deadline of 30 April.
We follow up and submit Mandatory and Discretionary grant applications on your behalf with the relevant SETA and ensure that you comply with the requirements to qualify for a SETA Grant to train your staff and implement learnerships, skills programs, and bursaries.

100% black owned enterprise

Crosslink Academy is 100% owned by Lebo and Dineo Masekela and is level 1 B-BBEE accredited, with 51% black female shareholding and has 135% recognition for procurement by its clients. Our clients include IMCD SA, Immersive SA, Fresenius Kabi SA and MW Monitoring. Crosslink is also managing the YES program for 66 youth in the agriculture and administration disciplines to gain on the job experience

Training solutions

We bring our clientele a variety of training solutions to enhance the organisation’s skills development implementation, not just within the corporate environment but also focusing on youth development and equipping the leaders of tomorrow with the skills required to progress on a personal and professional level.

B-BBEE Legislation |

As Skills Development is one of the priority elements on your B-BBEE scorecard, this is one of the easiest ways to gain points. Skills Development make up 20 points and can score an extra 5 points of your BEE scorecard.

If a company does not score 40% of the 20 points, they will automatically drop a level on their B-BBEE score.

A company cannot claim any Skills Development points if the following are not submitted and adhered to:

 

  • Preparation and proof of Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submission
  • No mandatory training was conducted in the organisation, legally required training like health and safety, as these can also be calculated for skills points.

LEARNERSHIP MANAGEMENT

Implementation of Learnership programs is one of the most important aspects of Skills Development, but most organizations do not have the resources in-house to implement and manage leadership programs.
We will assist you through the process.
